Yes! We have free parking — private spots for 3 cars right in front, plus a public lot 100m away. Both are free, first-come, first-served. Navigate with "缙云仙屋邸民宿" on Amap or Baidu Maps.

Absolutely! The entire property can be booked exclusively. We have 9 themed rooms accommodating a maximum of 18 people.

Just a 370-meter walk (about 5 minutes) to the Xiandu Scenic Area entrance. By car it's 2 minutes. Xianwudi is one of the closest accommodations to Xiandu, making it the perfect home base for exploring the area.

Yes, we offer pickup from Jinyun West Station by reservation. Please note this service is NOT free — contact the host on WeChat at 15805881198 with your train number and arrival time to arrange it. The drive is about 15 minutes.

Yes! We provide official Chinese VAT invoices (普通发票). Please let us know at the time of booking if you need an invoice. Company invoices are available for team building groups.

The cancellation policy follows Ctrip's standard terms:

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date
• Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in will be charged the first night's stay as a penalty
